GM EVs gain access to Tesla’s Supercharger outlets, but not for free
Tesla has officially granted access to its Supercharger stations to all General Motors electric vehicles in the United States.
Starting now, all owners of the battery-powered Cadillacs, Chevrolets and GMC vehicles may charge them at Supercharger stations – as long as two conditions are met. First, they need to buy a CCS-to-NACS adapter for their car. Second, they must log into the Tesla app.
As a side note, all-electric Ford and Rivian models can be replenished from Supercharger outlets simply by plugging in the cable – no authorization required.
