MINI Clubman says goodbye with one last production batch
MINI has unveiled what it calls the ‘Final Edition’ of its Clubman wagon. While there is still no official announcement that the model goes discontinued, the naming alone should be proof enough.
The production run will be capped at 1969 units, referencing the year of manufacture of the world’s first Clubman model.
The main difference from the stock car will be in Chimmer Copper accents inside and outside – look for them on the radiator grille, the bonnet, the doors, the wheels, and the dash panel. Completing the exclusive look are assorted trim pieces, badges, special edition embroidery on the seats, and serial number plaques.
The allegedly-final Clubman will go on sale in Cooper and Cooper S variants, as well as a diesel powertrain and all-wheel drive, some of them subject to regional availability.
